Dry mix for rustic brunch bread rolls

Preparation / Use
Add 20 g of yeast and approx. 8 dl water
1 Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the bread mix. Knead the dough with a kitchen aid or hand mixer on lowest speed approx. 10min.
2 Spoon mix onto a baking trays (makes 8 -12 rolls). Let the bread rise, covered and warm for 1 hour. 3 Preheat the oven to 285 ° C (hot-air 265 ° C). Put into the oven and turn down the temperature to 185 ° C (hot-air 165 ° C) bake for approx. 15 -20 min.
TIP! Put a bowl with ½ cup boiling water in the oven along with the bread.
Brush the buns with eggs or water and give them an extra spice by sprinkling them with oatmeal, birch,
sesame seeds or sunflower seeds.
