Dr Oetker Brunt Bagepulver is a very versatile spiced baking powder, used to add a spiced flavour to any cake. A delicious substitute to regular baking powder, try in a honey cake or gingerbread.
Brown baking powder is known for its use in sister cake or beer cake but can also be used in many other recipes like honey cake, spice cakes, spiced shortbreads and spiced pancakes.
