AMO Dry mix for rustic freshly baked brunch bread rolls
Instructions
Required 1 x packet of mix, 25 g of yeast and approx. 5.75 dl cold water
1 Dissolve the yeast in the cold water. Add the bread mix. Knead the dough with a kitchen aid or hand mixer (using the dough hook) for approx. 5 min.
2 Rest in the fridge to slow prove for a minimum of 6 hours (can be made up to 20 hours in advance.)
3 Preheat oven to 220C (fan forced 200C)
4 Use two spoons to scoop dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. – divide into 16 portions. Optional – sprinkle rolled oats or seeds over the bread rolls
5 Bake for approx. 15 -20 min.
TIP! Put a bowl with ½ cup boiling water in the oven along with the bread.
