AMO Dry mix for birthday bread rolls with chocolate.

Instructions

Required - 1 packet mix, 25 g of yeast and 1 dl warm water  

1 Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add the bread mix. Knead the dough with a kitchen aid (use the dough hook) or hand mixer on lowest speed until well mixed. Increase the speed to medium & mix for approx. 5 min.

2 Cover & leave the dough to prove in a warm spot for 20 minutes.

3 Form the dough into 8 rolls. Put onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover & allow to prove in a warm spot for 45 minutes.

4 Brush the rolls with water or whisked egg.

5 Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (hot-air 200 ° C). Bake for 7 -10 min.
