Authentic Bornholmer Mustard with dill and brown sugar

A delicious mild mustard, the perfect accompaniment to traditional gravlax, or try serving with smoked salmon, cod or trout. Use in marinades for fish or chicken. Mix with sour cream & fresh dill to serve with chips. 

Make a Danish summer potato salad - Boil small potatoes, toss with a dressing made from sour cream, Bornholmer mustard, chopped fresh dill & chopped cornichons or mini pickles.
