Kammerjunkere are delicious crunchy biscuits that are tradionally served with the Danish classic summer soup koldskål, buttermilk soup. They are also used in other summer desserts baked stonefruit, grilled mango, mixed summer berries or even crushed to replace digestives as the base for cheesecake.
